Transcriptome analysis the iPSC-RPE cells and their derivatives

We aim to explore the types and expression of RNA in the iPSC-RPE cells and their drivatives. Two iPSC-RPE cells, three dedifferentiatd iPSC-RPE cells (De-iPSC-RPE), three induced iPSC-RPE cells (iRPE), two 4TFs minus crx (4TFs−crx), two 4TFs minus mitf-a (4TFs−mitf-a), two 4TFs minus nr2e1 (4TFs−nr2e1), and two 4TFs minus c-myc (4TFs−c-myc) samples were analysed with RNA sequencing.
