Strand-specific RNA-seq of C. elegans upon below-background radiation, microgravity and Orsay virus infection conditions

Strand-specific RNA sequencing of Caenorhabditis elegans under laboratory standard conditions, reduced muon radiation (below-background radiation, BBR), or reduced gravity (microgravity, MG), either infected or uninfected with Orsay virus. Directional RNA-seq libraries were prepared using rRNA depletion and sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform to investigate host–virus and abiotic-dependent transcriptomic responses.
