Cerebellar tumors from SmoA1 and Ptc het mice treated with radiation (1Gy) or sham radiation were collected at 5h after treatment and compared to normal cerebellum from C57BL/6 mice treated with radiation (1Gy) or sham-radiated controls by bulk cell RNA sequencing
