In this study, we examine the effect of radiation on the transcriptional profile of medulloblastoma tumor cells and its microenvironment that could potentially be leading to metastatic dissemination. Cerebellar tumors from SmoA1 and Ptc het mice treated with radiation (1Gy) or sham radiation were collected at 5h after treatment and compared to normal cerebellum from C57BL/6 mice treated with radiation (1Gy) or sham-radiated controls by bulk cell RNA sequencing
