Dataset for life cycle inventory of coffee Arabica in Brazil and the Democratic Republic of the Congo

Primary life cycle inventory data from 60 Arabica coffee farms and 4 coffee coopoeratives collected through 77 structured interviews in April and May 2023 in South Kivu (Democratic Republic of the Congo) and October to December 2023 in Minas Gerais (Brazil).Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants and the study was approved by the ethics commission of the home institution.
