B-cell lymphoma-associated gene sequencing in a patient presenting as interstitial lung disease

We report the case of a 55-year-old female with a two-year history of cough and phlegm, accompanied by intermittent low-grade fever for the past two months. Flow cytometric analysis revealed the presence of monoclonal abnormal mature B lymphocytes within the bone marrow microenvironment. Gene sequencing of the bone marrow identified both gene mutations and rearrangements, suggesting a diagnosis of B-cell lymphoma. Ultimately, the patient was diagnosed with mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma through pathological examination.
