Register of Owners (EJF)

The Register of Owners (EJF) contains information on the person(s) holding immovable property to which notices relating to the property may be sent. In addition, the Register of Owners contains information about any administrators associated with the individual property ownership. The EJF consists of three levels of data: Level 1 – Register of Owners: Exhibits personal data without sensitive data, i.e. without CPR numbers and without protected name and address information. Level 2 – Register of Owners Confidential: Displays confidential information – social security number but not the protected name and address information. Level 3 – Register of Owners Confidential Protected: Displays all information including the protected name and address information.所有者登记册（Register of Owners，EJF）收录持有不动产且可接收该不动产相关通知的主体信息。此外，该登记册还收录与单项不动产所有权相关的各类管理人信息。 EJF共包含三级数据架构： 一级——所有者登记册：仅展示非敏感个人数据，即不包含CPR编号（CPR numbers）以及受保护的姓名与地址信息； 二级——保密版所有者登记册：披露敏感信息，包含社会保障号，但不包含受保护的姓名与地址信息； 三级——受保护保密版所有者登记册：披露全部信息，其中包含受保护的姓名与地址信息。
