The Rahlstedt 5 Building Plan Act of 1 July 1963 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, p. 117) is amended as follows:
1. In the drawing presentation, the definition of ‘business area’ is amended in the definition of ‘commercial territory’ in accordance with §8 of the Building Use Ordinance, as amended by 15 September 1977 (Federal Law Gazette I, page 1764). A two-storey building with the number of floor space 0.8 and the number of floors 1.6 is allowed.
2. In Section 2(2), the words ‘and in the business area’ are deleted.
3. Section 11(2) of the Building Use Ordinance in the version of 15 September 1977 shall apply to the special area ‘shops’.
