Development plan Rahlstedt 5 1st amendment Hamburg

The Rahlstedt 5 Building Plan Act of 1 July 1963 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, p. 117) is amended as follows: 1. In the drawing presentation, the definition of ‘business area’ is amended in the definition of ‘commercial territory’ in accordance with §8 of the Building Use Ordinance, as amended by 15 September 1977 (Federal Law Gazette I, page 1764). A two-storey building with the number of floor space 0.8 and the number of floors 1.6 is allowed. 2. In Section 2(2), the words ‘and in the business area’ are deleted. 3. Section 11(2) of the Building Use Ordinance in the version of 15 September 1977 shall apply to the special area ‘shops’. and business premises whose purpose is intended for representations or acts of a sexual nature shall not be permitted.1963年7月1日《拉尔斯泰特5号建筑规划法案》（载于《汉堡法律与规章公报》第117页）作如下修改： 1. 在图纸表述部分，依据1977年9月15日修订的《建筑使用条例（Building Use Ordinance）》第8条（载于《联邦法律公报I》第1764页），对"商业用地（commercial territory）"定义中的"经营区域（business area）"的界定予以修正。允许修建建筑面积指标为0.8、楼层系数为1.6的两层建筑。 2. 在第2条第2款中，删除"及经营区域"字样。 3. 1977年9月15日修订版《建筑使用条例》第11条第2款，适用于"商铺"这一特殊区域。 此外，以性展示或性行为为经营目的的商业场所，一律不予准许设立。
