Summary phylogenetic tree avian influenza M segment

Summary time-rooted Maximum clade credibility phylogenetic tree of the matrix gene (M) segment of highly pathogenic avian influenza viruses isolated from wild birds and poultry during the 2014-2015 outbreak in North America. Nodes dates are the mean posterior estimate and are annotated with phylodynamic estimates of uncertainty if posterior probability was > 0.5. NEXUS file本数据集涵盖2014-2015年北美暴发疫情期间，从野生鸟类与家禽中分离的高致病性禽流感病毒的基质基因（M）片段的时间定根最大支系可信系统发育树（time-rooted Maximum clade credibility phylogenetic tree）的汇总结果。各节点的日期为后验均值估计值，若其后验概率大于0.5，则将附带系统动力学不确定性估计注释。本数据集采用NEXUS文件格式存储。
