To identify the dominant signaling events downstream of GCAR-derived PDGFB in HUVECs，we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) in HUVECs treated by conditioned media obtained from GCAR cells in the presence or absence of neutralizing antibody against PDGFB.
