Dataset for "Twirling the permutation reference frame": frozen predictions, deterministic verification gates, and the sealed provenance chain

Sealed provenance chain for the paper “Twirling the permutation reference frame” (paper A). Contents: the four GPG-signed archives paper_a_v1..v4.tar.gz with RFC 3161 trusted timestamps (freetsa.org; serials 0x06DD72B6, 0x06DDB3F9, 0x06EE7688, 0x06F67C2C), all twelve sidecar files (.asc detached signatures, .tsq timestamp queries, .tsr timestamp responses), the signer's ASCII-armored public key (lubenskiy_pubkey.asc, fingerprint D3CBEC2BA2EBFE18D0FC73E822ABD00CBD55B539), the timestamp authority CA certificate (freetsa_cacert.pem), and the release registry (RELEASES.md) with archive SHA-256 values, sidecar hashes, and step-by-step verification commands (gpg --import before gpg --verify; both openssl ts -verify forms). The v4 archive contains the archival manuscript, all gate scripts and frozen artifacts mirroring the paper's Appendix A, a digest-pinned Dockerfile, and a reproduction guide. Artifact hashes are printed in the paper's Appendix A; the release registry includes a summary of the review history.
