资源简介:
This study involved the use of 3-month-old Rosa roxburghii Tratt. cuttings, which were uniform in growth and size. These cuttings were initially transferred to a nutrient solution with a concentration of 1/8 Hoagland and Aron, where they were pre-cultured for 2 months. Following this, the R. roxburghii seedlings were rinsed thoroughly with deionized water and then subjected to a 24-hour period of starvation in deionized water. Subsequently, the seedlings were transferred to a 2 mmol-L-1 Ca(CH3COO)2 absorbent solution for cultivation. Throughout the calcium starvation period (0 min), rapid calcium uptake period (5 min), and calcium saturation period (6 h), the roots and leaves of the prickly pear seedlings were sampled for transcriptome sequencing in order to identify the relevant genes involved in calcium uptake.
