Global gene expression profiles of freshly isolated control and treatment naive pediatric IBD colonic biopsies

This dataset provides a comparative analysis of global gene expression changes between rectal biopsies harvested from pediatric control non IBD (n=9) and treatment naive ulcerative colitis (n=5) and Crohn's Disease (n=9) patients. Pinch rectal biopsies were stored in RNAlater immediately after harvesting and subsequently analyzed for gene expression profiles by RNAseq.
