RNA-Seq of three lupine nodulomes in a context of symbiotic specificity

This study aims to determine what are the global changes in the gene expression of three lupines species roots and nodules presenting contrasted degrees of compatibility with the inoculated bacteria. This study provides the first RNAseq resources of lupine nodules and roots in a context of symbiotic specificity.
