A Damped Oscillator in Early Modern War: RSP1 Data and Code (1495–1618)
收藏资源简介:
This archive accompanies the PNAS Nexus submission "A Damped Oscillator in Early Modern War: How a Tightening Carrier Reduced Europe’s Venting Capacity (1495–1618)". It contains all core materials to reproduce the results: (i) Datasets S1–S6 (CSV) covering the war-by-war participation series, envelopes, carrier series and war-aligned extracts, the full κ sensitivity grid, and the ABM per-war series; (ii) Python scripts (Files S1–S3) that rebuild the datasets and analyses; and (iii) a standalone ABM package (Archive S1) with README and Makefile. See README_ZENODO.md for contents and quickstart. Licensing: Data (CSV) are licensed CC BY 4.0. Code (Python/ZIP) is MIT-licensed via LICENSE_CODE.txt included in the archive. Zenodo allows a single record license; we select CC-BY-4.0 for the deposition and specify the MIT license at file level for code. Relevance: The materials reproduce all figures and tests in the manuscript (damped-sinusoid fit, change-point detection with MOSUM/BIC and moving-block bootstrap, IAAFT surrogates, κ construction and lead–lag coupling, sensitivity grid, and the minimal ABM with falsifiers).
