Monocyte heterogeneity is poorly understood in tumors. Here we utilize scRNAseq to profile monocyte and myeloid cell diversity in tumor and non-tumor-bearing mice. Blood, spleen, and tumor CD11b+ myeloid cells were enriched by magnetic separation prior to staining with oligo-tagged antibodies for CITEseq and scRNAseq
