Analysis intermediates for "Different representations in layer 2/3 and layer 5 excitatory neurons of the primary visual cortex"

Pre-computed analysis intermediates for every figure of Sit et al., "Different representations in layer 2/3 and layer 5 excitatory neurons of the primary visual cortex". These are summaries -- per-ROI correlations with movement, population coupling indices, shared variance component (SVCA) and cross-validated PCA spectra, regression and decoding results, and a few reduced example recordings -- rather than raw two-photon or Neuropixels data. Together with the code they are enough to redraw every published panel and recompute every statistic quoted in the figure legends. The archive unpacks to a single folder of 2501 files in 43 subfolders (794 MB unpacked). DATASET.md inside it describes each subfolder and lists the figure panels that read it, and SHA256SUMS allows the download to be verified. Code: https://github.com/Timothysit/layer-diff-paper-code
