Foreword: Women of today realize that their interests are no longer confined strictly to the problems of home management and child care. The farm home, the education of children, the advancement of living standards all depend greatly upon the success of farming as a business. Women have evinced a growing interest in civic affairs; they are studying county and state budgets and taxing systems. To meet the interest of farm women in the problem of security for farm home, the following summary of the operation of the Agricultural Adjustment Act has been prepared for the use of home demonstration agents, and other leaders of women's groups.
