Heart MicroRNAome in response to dehydration in Xenopus laevis

Xenopus laevis survive severe dehydration during arid summer months. This creates a stressful cellular environment for heart cells. In this project we examine changes in the microRNAome in the heart of Xenopus laevis in response to dehydration.
