Survey of European Parliamentary Papers Online

This dataset was produced by Alastair Dunning and Martin Schaller in 2015 as part of the Europeana Cloud project. Europeana is the website that aggregates cultural content from European museums, libraries, archives and other sources. Inspired by the Europeana Newspapers project (that aggregated historic newspapers from across Europe), this investigation explored the feasibility of aggregating parliamentary papers, and began by exploring what each country had done to digitise and publish their historic and contemporary parliamentary papers.本数据集由阿拉斯泰尔·邓宁（Alastair Dunning）与马丁·沙勒（Martin Schaller）于2015年编制，系欧洲云项目（Europeana Cloud）的组成部分。欧洲数字图书馆（Europeana）是一家聚合欧洲博物馆、图书馆、档案馆及其他来源文化内容的门户网站。本次研究受聚合全欧历史报纸的欧洲数字报纸项目（Europeana Newspapers Project）启发，探索了聚合议会文献的可行性，并首先调研了各国在数字化发布本国历史与当代议会文献方面的具体举措。
