RetentionFlow - Growth & Retention Solution

This connector will allow the user to access and analyze his Customer's data and add alerts on the basis of positive or negative behavioral changes. The data includes basic information regarding the maintenance of events and measures every interaction taking place throughout the customer journey. The data will allow us to evaluate the performance of the customer and forecast their retention. The app will help track multiple issues for customers who cancel, upgrade or downgrade their subscriptions or other such events. It will help automate the process and have necessary actions on certain criteria defined in the configuration sections.

Expected Workflow:

- The Customer will click on 'Request Data' on the right to submit a request.
- Our team will reach out to you to discuss terms of the deal.
- The customer will provide access to their data in Snowflake via Snowflake datashare.
- Our Team will provide the sentimental analysis of the data via Snowflake datashare.
