Visium Spatial Transcriptomics was applied to spared tissue regions both rostral and caudal in a mouse model of incomplete spinal cord injuryt (ISCI) at multiple timepoints after injury (3,7,28dpi) to understand spatially distinct changes occuring in spared, yet reactive, spinal tissue after ISCI. Overall design: Mice were perfused at 3,7,and 28 days post injury, spinal cords dissected and immediately fresh frozen. Tissue was embedded in OCT and 2 10um sections were then collected both above and below the injury site. Equivalent tissue was taken from uninjured mice as controls
