Excremental Reference: Using Werner State to Verify Liu Entropy

This is a critical experimental to verify a new type of entropy of 2.414 of CHSH for mesocopic phyisics derived from the theory of Modal Information Theory proposed by Liu Gang from China Liu Entroy as the author coined it which to be used to justify the criterion between the Bell inequaliy violation of 2.828 and 2.414. And 2.828 is on the top, 2.414 is on the bottom in the Hilbert space. If it is verified, we would have a new entroy, or mobit compared with qubit.
