The development plan Harburg 61/Heimfeld 45 for the scope of the Karnapp between Ziegelwiesenkanal, Lotsekanal and the Western Bahnhofskanal (Harburg district, districts 702 and 711) is established. The plan area shall be limited as follows: Port area border — via parcel 5376 (Ziegelwiesenkanal), eastern boundary of parcels 5376 and 5377, north and east boundary of parcel 3062, eastern boundary of parcel 159, via parcel 5340 (Blohmstraße), 5360, 5294 (canal square), 5309 (Veritaskai) and 999 (Western station canal), southern boundary of parcel 999, east and south boundary of parcel 4801, eastern boundary of parcel 995, via parcel 4822 (Karnapp), via parcel 5397, southern boundary of parcel 5397, via parcel 4818 (Blohmstraße), southern boundary of parcel 5397, via parcel 5396 (Seehafenbrücke) of the Harburg area.针对位于齐格勒维森运河（Ziegelwiesenkanal）、洛策运河（Lotsekanal）与西部火车站运河（Western Bahnhofskanal）之间的卡纳普（Karnapp）范围，汉堡市哈堡区702、711地籍分区的《哈堡61/海姆菲尔德45号开发规划》现已正式确立。 本规划范围限定如下： 港区边界依次经地块5376（齐格勒维森运河）、地块5376与5377的东侧边界、地块3062的北界与东界、地块159的东侧边界，经地块5340（布洛姆大街）、5360、5294（运河广场）、5309（韦里特卡伊码头）与999（西部火车站运河），地块999的南侧边界、地块4801的东界与南界、地块995的东侧边界，经地块4822（卡纳普）、地块5397、地块5397的南侧边界，经地块4818（布洛姆大街）、地块5397的南侧边界，经哈堡区地块5396（渔港桥）。
