CYP2C19 genotype of 30 Chinese critically ill patients

CYP2C19 is one of the most important drug metabolizing enzymes in human body. The gene base is located in chromosome region 10q 24.2 and consists of 9 exons. CYP2C19 has many single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), the most common of which are CYP2C19 * 2 and CYP2C19 * 3. CYP2C19 * 2 and CYP2C19 * 3 have high mutation rates in Asian populations. G / A mutation occurred at base 681 of CYP2C19 * 2 exon 5. G / A mutation occurred at base 636 of CYP2C19 * 3 exon 4. In this study, we detected the CYP2C19 genotype of the enrolled cases by using kit produced by Shanghai BaiO Technology Co. ltd. The 636 and 681 mutation sites were analyzed by gene chip technology. The genomic DNA of whole blood cells was extracted by the kit, the target fragments of CYP2C19 *1, *2, *3 polymorphic sites were amplified by PCR, and then hybridized with the probes on the gene chip, the chip was scanned and genotyped. The results of site mutation are shown in the Dataset.
