Coffee UV-C validation cohort for probabilistic bounds of Colletotrichum inactivation

This dataset contains the Coffee UV-C validation cohort used in the Food Control study “From minutes to bounds: A probabilistic UV-C control and a shape-only morphological fingerprint for postharvest Colletotrichum inactivation in cacao and coffee processing” (accepted, in press). The file (Coffee.xlsx) includes isolate identifiers, treatment labels/metadata, and colony morphometric measurements used to compute the survival ratio and exact Clopper–Pearson 95% confidence bounds. UV-C conditions for the validation cohort: 275 nm UV-C LED, irradiance 0.58 mW/cm², ~10 min exposure; colonies were imaged at 48 h post-inoculation.
