Single-nucleus RNA sequencing data of mice gonadal white adipose tissue (WT NCD, WT HFD, Tm4sf19 KO NCD, Tm4sf19 KO HFD)

This Seurat object contains single-nucleus RNA-seq data from four experimental conditions: WT NCD, WT HFD, Tm4sf19 KO NCD, and Tm4sf19 KO HFD.Each condition includes two biological replicates.The object also contains cell-type annotations for all cells. Raw sequencing data are available in the Sequence Read Archive (SRA; accession SRP426501). It accompanies the publication "TM4SF19-mediated control of lysosomal activity in macrophages contributes to obesity-induced inflammation and metabolic dysfunction" (Nature Communications, 2024).
