WMTS service with the last complete orthophoto of the Basque Country

WMTS service that disseminates the most recent orthophoto of Euskadi and that allows to visualize the territory at different scales. Tile Map Web Service according to the INSPIRE profile of Web Map Tile Service (WMTS) 1.0.0. The tiles have been generated in PNG format.本Web地图瓦片服务（Web Map Tile Service，WMTS）可发布巴斯克地区（Euskadi）的最新正射影像，支持以多种比例尺可视化该区域地貌。该服务遵循欧洲空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）规范下的Web地图瓦片服务（WMTS）1.0.0版本要求，所有瓦片均采用PNG格式生成。
