Water level and velocity measurements at Barataria Pass, Louisiana from 2016-12-06 to 2017-03-03

A Nortek Acoustic Doppler Velocimeter was placed in the Barataria Pass inlet (29.272880 deg. N, 89.946660 deg. W) and collected hourly water depth and velocity data at 10 cm above the bottom. Data were collected from December 6, 2016, to March 3, 2017. Water depth (m) and channel velocity measurements (m/s) are presented.本数据集使用诺泰克声学多普勒测速仪（Nortek Acoustic Doppler Velocimeter），将其布设至巴拉塔里亚水道入口（Barataria Pass inlet，北纬29.272880°，西经89.946660°），以每小时1次的频率采集距水底10厘米处的水深与流速数据。数据采集时段为2016年12月6日至2017年3月3日，本次数据集包含水深（单位：米）与河道流速测量值（单位：米/秒）。
