Whole genome sequencing of Priestia megaterium isolates from in situ adaptive evolution experiment

This study exposed a population of Priesta megaterium to a field soil environment in situ via a modified isolation chip. The goal was to expose these bacteria to selective pressures in the soil and enable adaptive evolution.
