Foreign population in North Rhine-Westphalia and Germany by gender and residence status

The dataset contains figures on foreign nationals by residence status and sex in NRW and Germany . Citizens with long-term residence rights, including those from EU states, EEA states, Switzerland, Turkey and third countries, as well as citizens with temporary residence permits, toleration (temporary suspension of deportation) or residence permits (asylum seekers) are distinguished.本数据集收录了北莱茵-威斯特伐利亚州（NRW）及德国境内按居留身份与性别划分的外国国民统计数据。数据集对两类外国公民群体进行区分：一类为拥有长期居留权的公民，涵盖欧盟（EU）成员国、欧洲经济区（EEA）成员国、瑞士、土耳其及第三国公民；另一类为持有临时居留许可、容留身份（临时中止驱逐）或寻求庇护者居留许可的公民。
