QuickBird multispectral satellite images of the Australian coastline

QuickBird is a satellite owned and operated by DigitalGlobe, which offers highly accurate, commercial high resolution panchromatic and multispectral imagery of the earth. This data package consists of 83 QuickBird satellite images, each of four spectral bands at 2.4 metre spatial resolution. The scene locations are scattered around the Australian coastline. The data was acquired as part of a joint project involving Geoscience Australia (GA), CSIRO Land and Water and the University of Tasmania, as part of the National Land and Water Resource Audit (NLWRA).

快鸟卫星（QuickBird）由数字全球公司（DigitalGlobe）拥有并运营，可提供高精度商用高分辨率全色及多光谱地球遥感影像。本数据集包含83幅快鸟卫星影像，每幅影像包含4个光谱波段，空间分辨率为2.4米。影像覆盖区域遍布澳大利亚沿海各地。本次数据采集工作为澳大利亚地球科学局（Geoscience Australia，简称GA）、澳大利亚联邦科学与工业研究组织土地与水部（CSIRO Land and Water）与塔斯马尼亚大学共同参与的联合项目的组成部分，同时隶属于国家土地与水资源审计计划（National Land and Water Resource Audit，简称NLWRA）。
