RiboTag and bulk RNA sequencing using AAV-Control and AAV-shLarp1 infected sensory neurons.

To investigate the role of the RNA-binding protein LARP1 and its interaction with ribosomal protein mRNAs in regenerating neurons, we performed total RNA and RiboTag sequencing analysis using AAV-Control or AAV-shLarp1 infected sensory neurons using RiboTag mice, RPL22HA+/+;Advillin-Cre+. RiboTag sequencing data from cultured sensory neurons infected with AAV-Control and AAV-shLarp1. Preconditioning through sciatic nerve injury was conducted on mice before the neuron culture to activate their regenerative state.
