Persons using the internet for interaction with public authorities by level of disability (activity limitation)

Interaction with public authorities: activities via a website or app of public authorities or public services for private purpose consisting in accessing by the respondent information about himself/herself stored by public authorities or public services; accessing by the respondent information from public databases or registers (such as information about availability of books in public libraries, cadastral registers, enterprise registers); obtaining by the respondent information (e.g. about services, benefits, entitlements, laws, opening hours). Data refer to the last 12 months before the survey. The data source is the annual EU survey on the use of ICT in households and by individuals.
