Olfactory_transcriptomics_in_a_mouse_model_of_Alzheimer_s_disease

Deficits in olfaction is a common early symptom of neurodegenerative diseases. This study aims to compare the genes expressed in the main olfactory epithelium of two strains of wildtype mice and animals modelling Alzheimer's Disease (human Tau P301S). This will enable not only to better understand the pathology but also to identify gene candidates for biomarkers of Alzheimer's Disease.
