Effect of knockdown of PPP2R2A on gene expreesion in NSCLC cells

To investigate the biological roles of PPP2R2A, we conducted bulk RNA-sequencing to assess the impact of PPP2R2A knockdown using two shRNAs in two NSCLC cell lines. Overall design: To broadly explore the signaling pathways modulated by PPP2R2A, we initially conducted an analysis of global transcriptional changes using RNA-sequencing of NSCLC A549 and H1299 cell lines. These cells were subjected to either shRNA-mediated PPP2R2A KD or a scrambled shRNA control, achieved by using two different shRNAs targeting distinct regions of PPP2R2A.
