Gene expression profiling of wild type and BMPR1a-deficient CD4+ T cells. Mus musculus

The goal of this study was to compare transcriptome (RNA-seq) of activated Bone Morphogenic Protein Receptor 1a sufficient and deficient CD4+ T cells. Naive wild type CD4+ T cells were also analyzed as reference. Overall design: Three replicas of naive wild type, activated wild type and activated BMPR1a deficient CD4+ T cells were analyzed.
