资源简介:
In this randomized controlled crossover study, 30 children aged 4–18 years with PCD underwent ACT with Simeox or PARI O-PEP as the first intervention, then crossed over to the other device after a 3-month interval. The primary outcome was the change in lung clearance index (LCI) measured by nitrogen multiple breath washout test. Secondary outcomes included forced spirometry (FEV1, FVC, MMEF25−75) and chest expansions at three thoracic levels.
