Profilometry data of large spherical bimetallic shells at various temperatures

Profilometry measurements of series 820 of bimetallic disks taken at 20C using a coordinate measuring machine. Surface data of disks was then fitted to a spherical cap using a least-mean-squares method to determine the characteristic initial curvature and central rise of each disk.本数据集包含采用三坐标测量机（Coordinate Measuring Machine）在20℃环境下，对820系列双金属圆盘开展轮廓测量（Profilometry）所获得的表面数据；随后通过最小二乘法（Least-Mean-Squares）将各圆盘的表面数据拟合为球冠模型，以此确定每个圆盘的特征初始曲率与中心凸起量。
