本内容为Danielle Stringer博士论文第二章:基于469个单拷贝蛋白编码基因(single-copy protein-coding genes)的定制诱饵设计开发与评估,用于等足类(Isopoda)潮虫科(Philosciidae)卤等足虫属(Haloniscus)的外显子捕获(exon capture)。本研究共使用6个已组装的等足类转录组(transcriptome)开展直系同源群分配(orthology assignment),涉及类群如下:卤等足虫未定种(Haloniscus sp.)、副扁潮虫未定种(Paraplatyarthrus sp.)、地下副扁潮虫(Paraplatyarthrus subterraneus)、灰潮虫(Porcellionides pruinosus)、普通卷甲虫(Armadillidium vulgare)以及角水虱未定种(Ceratothoa sp.)
