消化系统肿瘤遗传资源是指人类结直肠癌、胃癌、胰腺癌等相关样本。本资源库以医院和社区为基础，收集了江苏省南京市、常州市、南通市等地区的肿瘤患者的外周血、组织等样本，其中外周血包括全血、血清和血细胞等，同时完成DNA的提取和质量的监测。资源库还采集相关人口学基线信息、临床诊断和治疗信息等数据。本资源库旨在为研究各类消化系统肿瘤疾病的发病机制、早期预防、治疗等提供实验资源。

Genetic resources for digestive system tumors refer to relevant clinical samples from patients with human colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer and other digestive tract malignancies. This biobank is established based on hospitals and communities, collecting samples such as peripheral blood and tissues from tumor patients in regions including Nanjing, Changzhou and Nantong of Jiangsu Province. Peripheral blood here covers whole blood, serum, blood cells and other components, and DNA extraction and quality monitoring have been conducted for all collected samples. The biobank also collects relevant demographic baseline information, clinical diagnosis and treatment records and other related data. This biobank aims to provide experimental resources for research on the pathogenesis, early prevention, treatment and other aspects of various digestive system tumors.
