We assessed MLL/SET proteins and found that SETD1A is required for survival of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells ChIP-seq of Setd1a/Setd1b shRNA-expressing mouse MLL-AF9 leukemia cells, Setd1a knockout mouse MLL-AF9 leukemia cells, and, Setd1a shRNA-expressing mouse NIH3T3 cells. Setd1aflox/flox;CreER and Setd1a+/+;CreER leukemia cells were analyzed at day 3 post-tamoxifen. shRNA-expressing mouse MLL-AF9 leukemia cells and NIH3T3 cells were analyzed at day 4 post-doxycycline.
