资源简介:
Soil carbon flux refers to the process of soil releasing CO2 into the atmosphere through respiration. It is one of the key research contents of carbon cycle in terrestrial ecosystem under the background of global change. Since soil is the largest carbon pool in terrestrial ecosystem, small changes in soil carbon pool have significant effects on atmospheric CO2 concentration. Therefore, soil respiration has received extensive attention in the study of global carbon cycle. China FLUX Observation and Research Network (China FLUX) not only carried out the observation and research on carbon flux by using vorticity correlation technology, but also carried out the long-term observation and research on surface CO2 flux by using the box method. Tropical seasonal rainforests are important carbon sinks and play an important role in the global carbon budget and climate change regulation. Therefore, this dataset collates soil CO2 emission flux data and conventional meteorological data obtained by static box gas chromatography in Xishuangbanna tropical rain forest from January 2003 to August 2008, including surface CO2 flux, pressure, atmospheric temperature, soil temperature (5 cm) and soil water content (5 cm). Three types of documents are formed at the scale of day, month and year, hoping to provide the most basic data for global carbon balance estimation and carbon cycle process.
