This dataset contains time-resolved 3D computed tomographic angiography (4D-CTA) images from ten patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), as well as ten patient-specific AAA geometries extracted from these images. The dataset typically includes ten electrocardiographically-gated 3D-CTA image frames per patient, spanning one cardiac cycle to capture the systolic and diastolic phases of AAA configuration. This dataset is intended to support analyses of AAA wall displacement and strain, as well as the development of novel computational methods for medical image analysis and computational biomechanics.
