Cafeteria intervention of meat dishes: -Field Experiment in a health clinic -11 intervention dishes over 3 experimental conditions spanning 6 weeks for each condition -manual recording of dish choices between reduced meat portion, standard meat portion, vegetarian dish, including choice for side-dishes, time, gender and intervention day information -Follow up survey in cafeteria on acceptance for interventions
