In this study we investigated the effects of a non-lethal Marine Heatwave (MHW) on the transcriptome of the digestive gland of Manila clam Ruditapes philippinarum. Clams were exposed to a non-lethal MHW for 30 days at the temperature of 30C. After exposure to MHW the digestive gland of clams was collected and the gene expression profile was compared with the one from control clams held at 20C.
