Sanitation agglomerations — Haute-Loire — 2017

Sanitation agglomerations are areas defined by Article L 2224-10 of the General Code for Local and Regional Authorities (transposition of the European Directive of 21 May 1991). A sewerage agglomeration is an area in which the population or economic activities are sufficiently concentrated so that domestic waste water can be collected and transported to a single sewage treatment system. Areas served by a collection network connected to a single sewage treatment system and those in which such a system has been set up by a decision of the competent authority shall be considered to be included in the same agglomeration. Agglomerations are codified by a SANDRE code. By convention for the Haute-Loire departmental table, the SANDRE code of the agglomeration corresponds to the SANDRE code of the wastewater treatment plant.污水处理集聚片区系依据《法国地方与区域行政总法典》第L 2224-10条所定义的区域，该条款为1991年5月21日欧盟指令的国内转化实施文本。 污水集聚片区指人口或经济活动达到足够集聚程度，可将生活污水收集并输送至单一污水处理系统的区域。 由接入单一污水处理系统的收集管网服务的区域，以及经主管部门决策设立该类处理系统的区域，均应视作同一集聚片区的组成部分。 集聚片区通过SANDRE代码进行编码。根据上卢瓦尔省部门表格的惯例，集聚片区的SANDRE代码与污水处理厂的SANDRE代码保持一致。
