资源简介:
Sanitation agglomerations are areas defined by Article L 2224-10 of the General Code for Local and Regional Authorities (transposition of the European Directive of 21 May 1991).
A sewerage agglomeration is an area in which the population or economic activities are sufficiently concentrated so that domestic waste water can be collected and transported to a single sewage treatment system.
Areas served by a collection network connected to a single sewage treatment system and those in which such a system has been set up by a decision of the competent authority shall be considered to be included in the same agglomeration.
Agglomerations are codified by a SANDRE code. By convention for the Haute-Loire departmental table, the SANDRE code of the agglomeration corresponds to the SANDRE code of the wastewater treatment plant.
