Dataset of global terrestrial net ecosystem productivity from 2000 to 2020

This dataset comprises global terrestrial net ecosystem productivity (NEP) data spanning from 2000 to 2020. The data in this dataset are of integer type, with units of g C m-2 year-1. The temporal resolution is one year, the spatial resolution is 1 km, and the fill value is -9999. The dataset was generated using a random forest (RF) model, which was trained based on observed net ecosystem exchange data from global sites, along with remote sensing products and precipitation data. A comprehensive methodology for the dataset creation is outlined in Huang et al. (2021).
