Factors Associated with Risk for Developing a Clinically Significant Drug Interaction.

Summary statistics are based on original data (ignoring the missing observations). However, both the unadjusted (univariate) and adjusted (bivariate) odds ratios (and their 95% confidence intervals) were computed after a multiple imputation analysis (of 100 iterations) to replace the missing observations for age, CD4 count, weight and WHO Stage. The odds ratios were computed using logistic regression models (with all variables forced into the model in the adjusted/multivariate analysis). *: missing observations replaced using multiple imputation (100 iterations).
