*Non-synonymous mutations with respect to the prototype isolate A/California/04/2009,(accession number GQ280797.1) are reported. Each polymorphism was searched in a set of 2,939 genome sequences retrieved from GenBank, and selected through FluDB, aligned by Clustal X and analyzed with Mega version 5.0.5.
